2. Important Notes
1) Students may check their grades only after completing the Course Evaluation Survey.(The survey will be temporarily suspended on July 1 (Tue), 10:00–17:00.)
If there are any discrepancies in your grades, be sure to contact the course instructor for correction during the designated correction period.
※ [Students in departments requiring Safety Education completion]
- Students who fail to complete the ‘mandatory safety training’ at least two weeks before the grade posting will not be able to access their grades during the posting period.
- If the training is completed during the posting period, grade access will be granted from 11:00 a.m. on the following weekday (or on Monday, if completed over the weekend).

4) Grades marked with an ‘I’ (Incomplete) will automatically be converted to an ‘F’ if not corrected by the deadline. Be sure to resolve any issues with your instructor before the correction period ends.
5) Please check your retaken courses via the portal system:
[Portal > Courses > Course Registration > Registration History]
If there are any discrepancies, contact your college administrative office by Monday, June 16.
6) Grades for retaken courses will be deleted after the finalization process.
Finalized transcripts with retaken course deletions will be available after 15:00 on July 11 (Fri).
7) In accordance with Articles 5 to 7 of the 「Improper Solicitation and Graft Act」, requesting a grade change without grading errors (either by the student or a third party) is considered an improper solicitation. If a faculty member receives such a request more than twice, they are legally obligated to report it. Only contact your instructor for clarification of your grade, not for a request to raise or lower it.
